"Unfortunately, with Hotels.com when navigating their website and choosing "Breakfast Included" it Does Not mean that breakfast is included with the cost of the reservation.
I complained to their Customer Support 800 number when I was informed that I would need to pay $35 per person for breakfast even though I chose this hotel because it was advertised as having Breakfast Included. Breakfast Included with Hotels.com simply means that breakfast is "available" and may need to be purchased on your own at an additional cost. The Hotels.com website breakfast option needs to be revised to read "Breakfast Available" instead of "Breakfast Included", because breakfast IS NOT included with their reservations.
My complaint unfortunately was ignored. This is a blatant case of false advertising."
