"The staff members were helpful but I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here. Roaches were all over our room, the amenities in the room were old, rusted and falling apart. The property could definitely use a makeover to be better. "

"The whole facility looked old, dirty, and unkempt. The television in the room had poor reception. Everything in the room was old and rusty. The bathroom was filthy looking and the patch work was poorly done. They have a roach problem. The paint in the hallways from top to bottom was peeling. The pictures of the property are very deceiving."

"We checked in without concern. Was advised that if we smoked or caused damages, that-we would lose our deposits. We had no issue with this. Made our way up to our rooms. However, en route we crossed paths with young men smoking cannabis in the corridor. After a brief reflection and observation of what was viewed as illegal activity, we checked out. All within the space of 30 mins. We shared our concerns with the receptionist. Credit to the receptionist, she was polite and courteous. She however acknowledged our plans for departure, advising that she would refund our deposits and for us to contact Hotels.com for a refund. Through a transparent discussion, I shared my observations of drug use, with this being the primary reason for our prompt departure. The receptionist acknowledged my concerns, sharing that she suspected that we wouldn’t stay, even whilst processing our check in. My suspicion would be that this hotel supports the local community in providing emergency social housing for those in need. Whilst I support this level of support for wider communities, this is definitely not a place for solo, business, family, leisure focused travellers within the FLL area Only through a tireless effort did we receive a full refund, despite the hotel reporting to Hotels.com that our experience/ observations were unfounded. "

"Fun property with lovely helpful staff. Big rooms and a nice view, including some ocean vista! Didn’t take advantage due to short stay, but the corn hole games, bikes, and beach volleyball looked fun. "

"It was a pleasant stay at this hotel. Only a couple of things that are small but... We were told breakfast went till 10am. Apparently that is only on weekends...and we got there late Sunday night, so by the time we got to breakfast it was closed. I know it's a tough job but the woman running the breakfast was not very friendly or accommodating."
