"Terrible! The place was filthy. The pool looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The walls in the room was dirty. The kitchen staff kicked you out right at nine, despite people still trying to grab food. The pancake mix was empty."

"Paul was so much help and very nice when the electricity went out in our kids rooms, he was able to find them a room on the same floor. Riley was not kind or helpful during check in, insisting there was nothing available to help us. The food was ok but the same thing everyday."

"I had a pleasant time during my stay. No issues were had during the time. The room was nice and comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. Easy access to all the fun things around town. There is some age to the building, but most everything these days has age. The hotel was full during my stay and I never heard anyone else."

"DO NOT STAY HERE if you are ADA ! If you choose to stay here, these are the things that I encountered in my two nights stay as a disabled woman with a service animal. Be prepared to pay $250 as a deposit for your service animal. Because as I was told, the Hilton is not animal friendly . Be prepared to show proof that your animal is in fact a service animal . Be Prepared to have a small breakdown ! Be prepared if you need to use the elevator, your mobility device may not fit while others...

"The room was clean but the hotel sheets were had stains on them. We had to ask for room service we were there a week and seemed they only service the rooms of people checking out. Our room door handle started coming off from outside on our 3 day . The breakfast was ok not a lot options. The kids loved the pool but they run out of of pool towels and don’t restock then you have to use the room towels but to even get new ones you have to bring the used towels to the front first."

"Front desk overnight was terrible. He completely ignored me to finish his game on his phone. Bed sheets and blanket were dirty and when you asked the front desk for help he said he had no access to clean linen. Then when we asked for a late check out the morning guy told us flat out no because housekeeping would yell at him."

"Horrible. The room was so dirty. There was still glitter on the floor from someone else. The mirror never cleaned. Super nasty office chair, broken cabinet, the pool was dirty. Literally a dead big beetle in the center of the white tile hallway for hours. Almost no staff around. Bathroom door was disgustingly. I have never left a bad review. That says a lot. The hotel was not full for a Thursday, yet he still put us below a room full of jumping kids when we informed him that we had been...
