"My room had loose bathroom tile making it dangerous to use. The floor had low spots. The bathroom definitely has issues. The bathroom floor had a low spot that was covered over with grout in an attempt to level the floor for tile . But this didn’t work causing the tile to pop loose. The subfloor would squeak below the tile at the low spot. There was so much self leveling that when I stepped into the shower/tub it felt like it was sunken. Another low spot was near the bed.
