"The toilet was broke and constantly running. The refrigerator sounded like it had an ice machine in it and kept us all night. House keeping knocked on our door at 8:40 am. We didnt answer, but they let themselves into the room. Completely unacceptable!! When I called the front desk to complain all they said was ok. Not even an apology."

"The front desk person, when we checked in, was very cold and unfriendly like he hated being there. We reserved an efficiency queen room and it wasn’t a queen bed, it was a double. The bed and pillows were so uncomfortable, I woke up with a lot of neck pain. The room was nice and roomy but the sink was dirty with a bunch of dark gray debris that was smelly.
