"The stay was only forgiven because of the balcony apart from that there is nothing positive to share about the stay there were spider webs all across the room and washroom, faucet's were leaking,the doors lock was not working properly,bed linens were torn and had stains on them ,fridge was on the entire time but apart from the freezer nothing else was cooling "

"First and forwmost, lack of communication from the owner/manager. No responses for queries at all. The rooms were clean upto an OK level. Bathroom was not very clean. Our room was at the front of the property overlooking a very busy road. It was not sound proof at all. Staff was good, reaponsive. Parking is available, but accessing it is a hassle. We had to approach the main reception to request access to the parking bay in the basement. Main reception was at the back of the building, so this...

"Staff is extremely courteous and kind. Rooms were clean and very aesthetic. It is a hidden gem in morjim. Location is very near to the beach and peaceful too. Comfortable stay over all."

"Room was clean, AC worked well, comfy bed, and shower works well. Late checkin was easy, and the price offers good value. Only thing you have to keep in mind is the place is right by the main road and so there is a lot of noise, however if you have been in India for a while you will be used to the noise. The fan and AC helps mute it a little. This is an ideal place to stay if you arrive late to airport, and on your way to a Goa beach resort next day. Nothing around, so not ideal for longer stay."
