"I booked a 2 queen bed room. It was very spacious and included a coach near the window. Staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Location is excellent for access to the riverwalk and boat cruises. Millennial Park is a few blocks away- easily walkable. There are several restaurants and a coffee shop shop/convenience store within hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel."

"You cannot beat the location of this hotel. It was so easy to explore Chicago on foot from this location, great restaurants are nearby. The staff are beyond helpful and friendly. Yes the rooms are a little tired and dated but overall are clean. Would definitely stay again as you can’t beat the location and price."

"Needed a quick hotel. The room is very cutest, very clean, and calming. They have a bar downstairs, if you're into that and offer loose leaf tea + coffee in the lobby, staff is pretty helpful. Breakfast is not free / complientary. It's $30 extra, so plan ahead if that's important to you. Room is cute and clean, overall. And the building easy to find."
