"Great customer service. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The rooms were super clean. Room is equipped with full size fridge, stove/oven, microwave, coffee machine. Separate living room. Breakfast had a wide selection. No powdered eggs ☺️. Hotel has laundry onsite. Ample parking, no fee. Close to shopping, restaurants, highway. Air vondiyioner worked great. The only issue was the fridge was loud. I would definitely stay here again."

"Rooms are aged. Door jam for our room was missing a large piece. Understaffed so I waited 15 minutes for a drink at the bar behind the lone desk clerk. This was a one time deal.
Too pricey with the condition of the place. No real damage either from the recent hurricane."

"I stayed here for 5 nights to see my grandson who was in the navy. I was very disappointed that I had to pay for my first night as I didn’t arrive until 2am the next day. I feel some type of adjustment should have been made.
The hotel is very clean looks like it was older and remodeled . Rooms are small and there are no closets. Staff very friendly. Walking distance to downtown to many coffee shops and cute shops!"

"Room smelled a bit like mold, was told to get out of shower on night two due to leaking onto second floor and wasn’t given an option to switch rooms. Then the tv didn’t work. The staff however was extremely polite and understanding as well as helpful with trying to get the tv back working. However felt like I should have been comped or given a discount due to the circumstances."
