Novotel New Delhi Aerocity Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"The whole experience from arrival to check out was wonderful. The staff was very helpful and the room was very clean and well maintained. The dinner and breakfast was delicious. I’ve stayed at two other hotels in Aerocity and by far, Novotel is the best!"

Roseate House
8/10 Good
"As a returning guest, everything was fine - attentive, friendly staff, amazing concierge team and drivers, amenities, very comfortable room and good club lounge to unwind. The general cleanliness / appearance of the bathroom/toilet cubicle/club room in general just always felt a little ‘old and unloved’ with specifically always finding insects in/around the toilet. Otherwise all fab and the cleaning team were always polite and thorough - it just felt the room needed an update/refresh as lots of scratches/marks on hard floors etc. Staff are amazing!"

"Everything was great except the location. The staff at the breakfast/dinner buffet Pitamber was very helpful and polite."
ibis New Delhi Aerocity Hotel
8/10 Good
"Great location close to the airport and some good restaurants (we liked “PAUL” in particular). Super friendly and helpful staff. Ideal for a short stay in convenient airport distance. Currently getting an overhaul which feels needed for the “good enough”, small rooms. Served us well for our 1 night pre departure. Personally not a fan of the “room connection option” doors which are always noisy with the neighbouring unit. Asked upfront for a separated room but apparently not available."
