"The hotel was clean and nice, and the breakfast buffet was good. However, the à la carte menu and coffee bar were very expensive for the quality. The staff could also be more understanding and helpful with guest concerns. When we were struggling to find an ATM, they offered little assistance. We also tried to extend our stay, but the wrong dates were entered, and we were later told there was no availability for the extra night, with no apology for the mistake. Lastly, some staff made comments about how “nice guests” leave tips, which felt uncomfortable and inappropriate."

"Decent hotel. It is overpriced, but so are all the hotels in the area. Room was good, just a little hot. I do wish the gym would have lower temperature or at least a fan for the treadmills; running in 25C heat is just a sweat-fest! Not many gluten fee options for breakfast."
