"If you are a female traveling solo this is the hotel for you! They offer free laundry services and airport suttle for women traveling by themselves. Staff was always helpful and courteous. We hire hotel driver services a couple of days to go shopping and tour the city. We had an amaizing experience with our driver Gaurav and Pankaj at the concierge desk was very attentive to all of our needs. We stayed in the country for 2 weeks and their breakfast was definitely one of the best! However the high tea at the lounge area is not served as English usually do, it's more of a little sandwich buffet rather than a table experience. Also if you stay Saturday night you might have kids/families at the lounge area/time in the afternoon. Lots of families having dinner and kids in pj's at the lounge hour in the evening, parents reading bedtime stories. Not what we expected. Thank you for everything 🤗"

"The whole experience from arrival to check out was wonderful. The staff was very helpful and the room was very clean and well maintained. The dinner and breakfast was delicious. I’ve stayed at two other hotels in Aerocity and by far, Novotel is the best!"

"Great location close to the airport and some good restaurants (we liked “PAUL” in particular). Super friendly and helpful staff. Ideal for a short stay in convenient airport distance. Currently getting an overhaul which feels needed for the “good enough”, small rooms. Served us well for our 1 night pre departure. Personally not a fan of the “room connection option” doors which are always noisy with the neighbouring unit. Asked upfront for a separated room but apparently not available."
