"Valet was rude, we stood there and waited for someone to help us. Then in check-in the guy told us they didn’t have to do the Expedia rewards and he was basically doing us favour, was a very odd thing to say. Then we got to room and there was old food in the fridge and bathroom had toothpaste all over it."

"I got the parking right this time and did not have the long walk from the car parks to the hotel that I had the last time. The Receptionist was very welcoming and interested in us. The room seemed larger than when we stayed a week ago and the space was marvellous, with a great view to the NZ Convention Centre, TVNZ and down to the water. Access to evening eating options is difficult with visitors under the age of 20 on a Monday."

"The staff went above and beyond and made this a wonderful stay. I will be back. From the early access to the room, to remembering my name, to helping with wine suggestions and even printing for a meeting they were wonderful. The room was as advertised, very quiet and you can order pillows to your liking for extra comfort. I took advantage of the yoga mat and workouts on the tv.
