"Our hot water was scalding and dangerously hot, despite my expressed concerns. (Another guest needed it so hot? [so they said].) The shower was small. And for the noise sensitive, the atrium crowd’s cheers penetrated our room until 2AM, as did those walking above us.
It was worthy of 4 stars though for the well designed and appointed large rooms.
The breakfast buffet was good but not the best."

"Very quiet location close to Queenstown central . Room was serviced to a high standard , restaurant staff lovely . Breakfast is expensive but had on last day and was not disappointed.
Only downside encountered was it was park where you like so if you weren’t in car park late afternoon early evening often no parks left in complex . We stayed in a 2 bed room, good size , large shower space but bathroom on the small side. Overall great stay and would recommend."

"We had a lake view room and the view of the lake was very nice. The location is good but you do have to walk up a bit of a steep hill to return from the city center. It is a short distance and helps you to walk off your Fergburger. The hotel is modern and clean and has a helpful staff. Parking is very limited so reserve early. There is free street parking around the area but you may have to walk a bit."

"Good value, spacious room, handy location, extremely nice and helpful staff - exactly what we needed for our 3 night stay in Auckland within our budget (which did not extend to luxury hotel with harbour view). Did not use restaurant/ breakfast facilities so can't comment. Made use of kettle, fridge, hairdryer and ironing board in room ! Thank you"

"Aside from having to carry our luggage up a flight of stairs, this place was really great! The room was comfortable, the shared kitchen was clean, and the location was fantastic. It was just a short walk to downtown and the gondola rides. Overall, a wonderful place to stay!"
