"The room was clean. The kitchen was full equipped. There was parking. Nice outlook on 5 acres of grounds."

Old building so there is little sound insulation - can hear every movement in the hall/stairs from inside the room. Would have rather had a pot of good coffee vs there Nespresso machine that failed to deliver on any coffee variants I tried to make. "

"This was a wonderful stay with great views of the bay. The house had plenty of room for the 5 of us. Great kitchen for cooking dinner, with nice table with room for all of us. The living room had nice large TV screen, but also great views overlooking the bay and Dunedin. Spent two nights, but could have easily spent more."

"Parking was primitive and difficult with too few carparks. Bed mattress was like a slab of concrete. Stairs to upper rooms steep very difficult to manage heavy luggage. Would not go back. No staff on duty when we arrived before the office was due to close. "
