"We ended up going on a diff weekend due to storm blocking roads. Nice they allowed us to change despite policy. However few problems with our stay 1. Housekeeping. We asked for extra comforter / duvet as we had 4 guests in that each preferred own blanket. Multiple times had to re-ask as housekeeping kept taking them during cleaning and turndown. On top of this there were some shelves covered in thick layer of dust. Superficial job. 2. Food was OK. Manzanita was decent but lobby and taco place...

"Likeside unit does not mean beach front unit. So manage your expectations. The room was a bit worn but I understand each unit has a different owner so I don't think the condition is the same in each room. They do not provide daily housekeeping."

"We stayed at the PlumpJack Inn in Olympic Valley for a ski trip and booked the one-bedroom suite. Just a heads up — it’s essentially two connecting hotel rooms. One side had a king bed, and the other had a pull-out couch with a table and chairs. Both rooms had their own bathrooms, which was actually a huge win.
