This hotel is superb , the staff were excellent form arrival to departure and there was nothing they wouldn’t do.

Fab hotel. Well located. Rooms clean and modern. Staff very friendly.

First impression of the hotel was not great as the lobby and lift are very small. However I am happy with the room and found the staff extremely helpful generally. It’s great to hear the staff telling American tourists about the history of royalty :)

The hotel was very clean. Staff are very friendly. Good value for money considering the Premier Inn down the road was almost 40% more and isn’t any better. Shower worked well, bed was comfy. And it’s close to Southgate station and lots of shops and restaurants close by. My only criticism was that the pillows were a bit too big for me, but that’s a personal preference. Overall, would definitely stay here again.

The owner - Jasmine - was wonderful and couldn't do enough to help, she was kind, friendly, supportive and easy going. Her breakfast was perfect and she really made us welcome; will definitely be staying again and looking forward to it. The property is also close to Arnos Grove station (about 5-10 mins walk) and within Zone 4/5, so really easy to get to. The place is spotlessly clean and just gorgeous. Definitely coming back - thank you.

Warm, friendly welcome by reception staff . The room was great. Nice decor, comfortable and neat additional utilities. ie; fridge, safe. night and reading lights. Good shower. Continental Breakfast was good. All members of staff friendly and impeccable friendly service received by each and everyone of them. We will be back.

Serene, beautiful grounds,quality fixture and fittings, spotlessly clean.Stafff charming. Overall the room was very comfortable the bed was superb. Will certainly be using again, hopefully on a regular basis.

A clean, comfortable place with genuinely helpful staff. The daily cleaning kept everything fresh, and the thoughtful service made my stay even more enjoyable. I’d happily stay here again!

Staff were lovely as always and breakfast was lovely Would suggest having more than one pillow per person (maybe available from reception but we didn’t ask)

This was a lovely two night's spent. The room was clean and the staff was lovely. The area was right next to the highstreet with loads of shops, restaurants and even parks to choose from. The people in the area were friendly as well. My partner and I were pleasantly surprised and would highly recommend booking a stay at the NAP HOTEL! We'll definitely be back soon.
