"The room had ample space and a nice mattress. The appearance is good but functionally this hotel has some glitches. If you are tall you may like the high showerhead, however with a fixed glass enclosure on the controls side the only way to turn on the water is to stand in front of it and take a cold blast in the face. The staff was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable of the area. The rooms were spacious and breakfast was sufficient. The on-site parking was free with easy access to the main hotel. I would recommend this property."

"The hotel was under renovation and there was dust, paint chips and the smell of new paint. I’m surprised that Best Western has a hotel of this poor of quality. I would not recommend this chain of hotels to anyone. "

"I recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Nexton and overall had a very positive experience. The property itself was excellent, and the service truly stood out. The staff were professional, welcoming, and consistently helpful throughout my stay, which made a strong impression. However, there was one significant drawback that I found disappointing—especially as a Hilton Honors Gold member. My room was only serviced once during my stay. This was unexpected, unacceptable, and inconvenient. What made this more frustrating was that I was unable to request housekeeping service prior to the scheduled service. As a loyal Hilton Honors member, I was surprised by this policy and felt it did not align with the level of service I typically expect. Aside from this issue, my stay was enjoyable, and the quality of the staff and property were commendable. I hope the hotel considers offering more flexible housekeeping options in the future, particularly for guests staying multiple nights."
