"This island is perfect for family with kids. They have kids swim pool, kids water park, kids beach, out door playground, in door game room, in door kids activity room, kids spa, so kids can do many things there. Staffs are very nice and helpful. They provide golf cars as transportation on the island, so kids do not need to walk. Room is clear, in room dinning is good. "A decent hotel and the suite we stayed in was lovely. Our issue really comes from the lack of available tours unless sufficient guests book in, but if not enough book you’re not able to book with another tour company without paying an extortionate docking fee. The food at the buffet is average but the Italian restaurant was lovely. The staff seem very confused with requests and say they’re not allowed to make decisions and yet there is never anyone around who can. Frustrating experience"
