"One of the elevators was not working, they will be working on elevators until the beginning of next year, I would not recommend staying until then."

"Be careful with which level of room you book. I chose a standard room to limit expense and while very nice, the view was directly at another building 30 feet away and nothing else. TV has many more channels than you would expect, and dedicated channels for workouts that couple with the fitness equipment in the room. Refrigerator is pretty small but for a few days it's fine."

"The elevator was barely working. We were on the 17th floor and we had to take the stairs for the most part of our stay. It was very incovenient."

"The reception staff were inconsiderate and rude. They had no idea when my room would be ready even though it was past the check in time and they didn’t offer me anything for my wait until I was leaving. They told me I would have to wait until the manager came in, as he was supposed to be working with the team but he was not there."

"The room was cleaning shower and beds are nice . They have a happy wine hour at the hotel and the staff is great there open and closing doors for you . It’s worth it as well if you want to go to timesquares it only up the street from the Broadway shows and time square it’s worth it . The price is worth it as well one of the cheaper sides but great ."
