"The rooms at Alva are always immaculate and provides a comfortable stay if you do plan to stay more than 3 nights. They clean your room daily but equally you can choose not to. The staff on reception are always courteous and helpful! When my suitcase was due to be delivered by the airport, they messaged me on WhatsApp to inform me it has arrived safely. "room was really spacious, and clean - as was the rest of the hotel. all staff were helpful and kind. the only drawback was that the hotel is connected to a mall + conference spaces, so whilst i was there, the lobby was constantly overflowing with people, lift access, check in etc were slow as a result. not sure if its like that year round, but for the time that i was there, that was definitely a hassle."
