"All the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean on first impressions but did notice the end of headboard behind the bedside table was stained/mucky and the radiator had something on it. Bedroom carpet stained. Bathroom was clean and tidy. The mattress was very comfortable, seemed larger than a king sized bed, was expecting double bed, so a win win!. The full cooked English Breakfast was ok. Was great that you could order eggs to be cooked fresh, however you wanted them. Perfect poached eggs. Nice relaxing start to the day. Evening meals were very good and the restaurant staff friendly and efficient. Would stay again."

"Self check in but very easy with details supplied. Room spotless, great bedding & comfortable bed. Nice clean wet room bathroom. Room 7 third floor Tea & coffee in room plus a fridge which is a great idea. Nice Reception area which led to comfy settees then the dining room which had coffee machine to help yourself to whenever aswell Breakfast continental but plenty of it & choice. Great location right on the Quay with plenty of restaurants, Bistro & pubs. Staff were excellent, friendly & helpful 3 floors, the stairs are quite steep but ok if able although they do have a downstairs room if needbe Parking for 24 hours £11.50 right across the road. Would recommend"

Hotel Wroxham

"We love staying at Hotel Wroxham. The staff are very welcoming, the bedrooms are all very good and well appointed, and the views of the river are fantastic from the restaurant. The terrace is right on the edge of the river, it's a lovely relaxed place to spend an hour or two just watching the majestic swans and the boats go by. The only drawback is that if you can't climb stairs, there isn't a lift, although there is only one flight of stairs. But no ground floor bedrooms."

"The hotel was lovely and in such a perfect position, both for coastal walks and for Cromer itself. The staff could not have been more welcoming. Our room was so nice, with a bay window that overlooked the garden. Best of all was the swimming pool, which we could book for our exclusive use for 45 blissful minutes."

"I was absolutely pleasantly surprised and very pleased with the Hotel, it was exactly suitable for my needs for one night , the room was very clean. The bathroom looked pretty new and spotless, the staff were very helpful and pleasant to deal with and a nice touch was the bagged continental breakfast for the following morning. There was a bottle of water in the room a fan for cooling this summer, tea and coffee facilities as well The only slightly negative thing was I had to park in a local car park a couple of hundred yards away but overall I was really pleased with the Hotel and the price point and I would absolutely recommend it"
