"This is an average hotel, if would classify as Economy level . Really no more to be said "average" sums it up."

"We travel a lot and this hotel has to be the worst we’ve ever experienced in terms of hospitality and customer service. There is an obvious management issue where staff are poorly trained and the hotel is even understaffed at times.
