"Overall not such a great experience. We had no hot water in our room so showering was very uncomfortable. The handle to turn the shower on and off was set up terribly, when you turned it on it would start on the “hot” side and get colder the more you turned it. So trying to get hotter water (it was never more than lukewarm at best) just lowered the pressure until it just turned off completely. And the provided body wash was very low quality and dried out our skin.
Additionally, one of the dresser drawers just would not close. No matter what we did it would slide open on its own. Right when we walked in I grabbed a tissue and it was the very last one in the box with no replacement provided in the room. Had to track someone down for a fresh one. There was also a few sticky spots on our carpet (yuck). Also, the suggested outside access door closest to our room just wouldn’t open with our key 80% of the time, and that was an issue I witnessed other guests encounter as well."
