"This was a great value. Not a high-end place, but clean and well-maintained and in a great area. Only complaint it all was that it was a little warm at night. They set the temperature in the room to 72 and ask that you do not make it any cooler. The bed closest to the air conditioner was fine, but it was a little warm on the other side of the room. Staff was very nice."

"This place is FANTASTIC!! Front desk personnel were pleasant. The lady at the front desk on Thursday night, (I didn’t get her name) was so helpful. The rooms are small but clean. The air conditioning in the room was icy cold. The beds & pillows were AMAZING!! You can’t beat the location. We were within walking distance (under 1/2 mile) to everything. The main strip, casino, bars. We didn’t drive anywhere. The pool area is lovely. Plenty of chairs. They even had misters going. Poolside bartender Nick was great!! He kept our drinks coming with a smile. They have a full breakfast in the morning free of charge. The breakfast area is clean. The food was good & fresh. I read a lot of negative reviews for various things & have to say we didn’t experience anything negative while we were there. It wasn’t noisy. The hotel staff throughout the property were friendly. The hotel is older but not in a negative way at all. It’s totally clean & charming. This is a Best Western so if you’re looking for a 5 star resort, it’s probably not for you. Based on the price we figured it would be an okay place to spend a couple nights. The hotel exceeded our expectations by far. No resort fees. Free parking. We haven’t a single complaint. I’ve stayed in a lot of Palm Springs hotels & this is now one of my favorites. We will definitely be coming back. Wonderful!!"

"The grounds are beautiful. Hotel is very clean and very nice. I wish they would have more restaurants. The food and drinks at the pool were very good! Our server Marcos was awesome! The pool should have a deeper end ….it’s only 3 feet. Other than that, it was wonderful."
