"Was a great stay. I make this trip often to see family and always stay here. Everything was awesome till checkout time. Went to drop my key off to the front desk and claim my rewards but the attendant at the front desk didn’t want to be bothered and was simply rude. I’ll still stay here just won’t interact with the staff. "

"The rooms look nothing like the pictures. They are dark and dingy. Shame on Expedia for not updating the photos,. There is no hot tub, again shame on Expedia for not keeping up on what the property had. . The side outside door lock was broke due to the wind, so anyone could go in and out. Bathroom smelt like urine. Halls has a strange food odor. Staff was friendly and breakfast was decent. Likely would not stay here in the future. "

"I stayed at the Hilton in Scottsbluff and had such a great experience. The room was super clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. You can tell they really take care of the property. The staff was amazing—everyone was so kind and helpful, which honestly made the stay even better. It’s always nice when you feel welcomed and taken care of. "Nobody at the desk at critical times. Was told via text to get batteries for tv remote from the maintenance room. No maid service. Got my wakeup call two hours early from a dog barking nonstop in another room. Sorry, I cannot recomend this motel."

"No amenities at all. Cable and internet not working and no coffee."

"Room was neglected, there was snow inside the window frames from leaks in the window. The bathroom sink was clogged. Sheetrock hanging down from bathroom ceiling. Food on the floor by the bathtub, small pieces of macaroni it looked like. Comforters were paper thin and not warm at all. I do not recommend this hotel. We did not get what we paid for."

"If all you want is a bed it is ok not the most comfortable but it is cleanish it says there is a pool but it is not full and doesn't look like it has had water in it for years and no hottube eather it says there is one and they have one but again empty and not working it is a CHEAP bed and convenient location that is it the staff was politeish as long as there is no questions it seemed like I was a bother to the man at the desk and he couldn't wait to get me out of there"
