"One of my worst experiences in years. TV was all static, had to call for help, wait for someone to arrive to tell me to dial 251 on remote get to a very non-functional guide. Charged $4 for a coke from the bar gun because it was 'free refills'...I just wanted one coke. "Guest" Laundry was full of resort towels for a couple hours... Didn't restock our Keurig, and then charged us $9 for coffee - same dumb reason and again...we just wanted one cup of coffee. The resort has free ice tee - but not free basic coffee in the morning. Trying to deal with climate control with a 20 button remote that made no sense and was just icons that you couldn't really see sucked and temp in the room was very up and down. Black-out curtains don't actually cover the whole window and lights left on right outside, lot of light coming in from hallway through 2" gap in door.
Then, after we finally decided to roll with all the above - on our second to last morning, we checked Breakfast time, open till 11 it said. We show up at 10:37 and were refused service, they said "there isn't enough people staying here to keep it open so we closed 7 minutes ago"..... I asked where that was posted or how did they try and let us know as we had been in the room all morning and could have had breakfast earlier...front desk just looked at me blankly and said 'Oh'. Seriously, that was the only response. Not what can we do for you, the kitchen was still open for lunch they couldn't make some eggs??? Just bad"
