"Hotel nice but double bed room had no microwave"

"VERY small and old rooms. Towels smelled awful. Dingy carpets. Zero functioning amenities. Staff was very unhelpful. Called the front desk at 11 pm to ask for help with the streaming service and was told, "It's late. Call back in the morning." The only redeeming quality was the location. I wouldn't have such a negative impression of the hotel if it was rated two stars but it was rated as "exceptional" and that is 100% inaccurate. Holiday Inn Express vibes at best."

"We had a wonderful stay! Everything was very clean/well-maintained. The staff was friendly/helpful and the location is fabulous for walking a great deal of downtown! The rooftop bar was too crowded to be enjoyable, but the bar adjacent to the lobby was a good spot."

"The location was perfect. It was within walking distance of the museum campus and great restaurants. The microwave and refrigerator were so useful for leftovers from the great restaurants."

"Was mostly a great stay.other then our tv crashed 4 times and had the maintenance guy there 3 times trying to unsuccessfully fixing it."

"Awesome amenities but the hot tub was kind of gross. The beds/pillows were uncomfortable and the room never completely cooled off especially at night. I told front desk and they sent maintenance to change the air filter but it didn’t help. Don’t touch anything on the mini bar or you’ll be charged because there’s a sensor underneath the items! Nice staff and great location."

"They don’t clean the room, the trash stayed the whole time in the trash can. The bathroom wasn’t clean, they leave a bottle of windex in the night table. The lady at the breakfast was the whole time in a bad mood. Yelling her peer in front of everybody. Terrible"
