"This hotel was great for families with young children. The pool was warm and convenient. Hotel was located near popular tourist areas. Our room was spacious and we received an upgrade due to hotel booking error without charge. Breakfast included is nice. The only complaint I have at this time is that one of the elevators was shut down due to maintenance which should be stated on hotel booking page so people are aware of slight inconvenience. I would definitely stay here again in the future."

Everything was immaculately kept, staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was great for all things Chicago. Our biggest surprise was how spacious the junior suite was. We had plenty of room for 4 large suitcases and still room to move around the room without felling crowded."
