"When I arrived at the property it needs to be more clean on the outside. The girl in the front desk she gave me the keys to the room and put in the wrong room number. When I op-ed the door there was a man in the room already. So she said oh my mistake I entered the wrong room number for the card. That was not professional. The room was not cold."

"Always friendly and courteous. I stay when I have an early flight. They offer a covered parking garage and a prompt shuttle. Their complimentary dinner is a real plus. I have not had the breakfast buffet due to early flights. It would be nice if they offered a brown bag breakfast that you could order the night before. Many times nothing is open for early flights Es noth"

"Front Desk clerk, Ivette, was great. I had some concerns upon my arrival due to having a room with double doors in between other rooms, but she was able to help me find a room that would make me feel more safe. The hotel building is older however, you can tell the staff really tries their best to keep it clean. We did not get to try the breakfast by choice. This is a family friendly hotel and it is in a safe vigilant area."
