All were clean, great shape, nice bedding and pillows, good breakfast options, however, pool and hot tub were shutdown and have been for months with the excuse of under repair but that’s not the case. "**THEY DO NOT ACCEPT DEBIT CARDS!! I made my initial reservation with a debit card on Hotels.com, and when I arrived at the hotel, they said they couldn't run debit cards. I've never had an issue like this before. I reviewed the policy given when booking, and it states, "This property accepts credit cards. Cash is not accepted." So here is your warning that although debit cards are not mentioned, they are listed as cash. Thankfully, I had a credit card to use, but if someone is traveling...

"We had the best day at The Pineapple Hotel! We were excited to find our room to be decorated for our daughter‘s 13th birthday (thanks to Tia), the beds were very comfortable, and the room was clean. We found the front desk staff to be welcoming, kind, and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again!"
