"We drove from Syracuse and arrived late, towing a small trailer. The manager found two parking spaces and walked out to them, to help us park. We weren't charged extra. Everyone was very helpful. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was provided. I would definately stay here again."

"Nice hotel, great location for beach and blue line access. Only complaint is the layout is odd, entrance facing beach enters to the pool level and not the main check-in desk, had to go up a level."

"Nestled in the heart of downtown Salem, the Courier is the perfect place to stay. It’s a charming boutique hotel with lovely rooms and amenities within walking distance of so much of the historic area of Salem has to offer. Its fully stocked kitchen is perfect if you want to dine in, the bed was so comfortable, and the sheets so soft. My only critique would be the check-in process which was a bit complicated taking longer than expected. The delay prevented us from checking in at 4 PM and lead to a very rushed evening given a previously scheduled tour. In short, it’s a wonderful hotel and I really look forward to staying there again on my next visit to Salem."
