"The hotel itself was lovely as were the staff I dealt with. However, the bistro in the hotel, Bar 20, was another story. The food was awful. I ordered lasagne. It was obviously frozen and pre packed. When it arrived it was burned and rock hard. The portion size was tiny, not much bigger than a drink’s coaster. Another guest who had ordered the lasagne spoke with me as she too, had ordered the lasagne and was of the same opinion. There was only one staff member working in the bar/bistro."

"You are very close to everything in Old Montreal. Breakfast was very slow for some reason but the food was ok. However, the same restaurant was always packed at night for dinner. We chose different restaurants in Old Montreal so I can’t comment on its food or service."
