"The moment we entered the room we were amazed to see the beautiful view. The room was clean and well maintained. The owner was very friendly which made our check in and check out very easy. 100% recommended"

"Property was okay but dated. Good news is that the outside is getting a facelift and it will look fantastic when complete. Room was clean but the carpets were not the best. Beds were comfortable and the lines smelled fresh. The lady at the front desk was nice and helpful. No microwaves in the room but found one down at the end of the hallway sitting on a table to use. Overall was an okay stay but the rooms are overpriced for what you get."

"Face cloths were clean, but permanently stained. Television was a mystery to operate. The staff tried to be supportive, but it felt like they weren’t given what they needed to be as helpful as they wanted."

"We stayed one night at this property, the inn was welcoming and the room was great. Amazing views of the water. The Breakfast was good, but could use a few tweaks - like fresh fruit, not Costco and the potatoes could be jazzed up a bit. Aside from these very minor ideas it was a great place to stay on your trip to the east coast !"

"The location was good for the ferry and the price reasonable booked because it said there was a restaurant on the premises,there isn't. Had to go down the road,this restaurant closes Monday and Tuesday so canceled for the return journey which is a Tuesday the room had no amenities,there were two of us and only one bottle of water no face tissues,nothing to drink out of. No coffee maker"

"Great little hotel, very well kept, with just the right touch of antique furniture. The rooms are super cosy and the dining/living room is very nice with a beautiful view. The 7-course dinner was outstanding and came with well-paired wine recommendations. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast. Overall, pretty much the best hotel experience we head during our two-week tour through Nova Scotia."
