"We were there 3 days from Saturday to Monday and cleaning service wasn't available on Sunday so the room was not cleaned at all. The aircon wasn't working well either. The room is clean and quite spacious. The location is quite convenient in Chatswood. They took a security deposit that wasn't refunded when we left, even though the receptionist said it was already processed. I needed to ring them again to remind them. They said it would be processed manually only because I rang. "

"The cleanliness of the room service is quite inadequate. They are not completing the entire cleaning process. On the final day of my stay, I misplaced my face cleanser bottle. I reported this to the front desk, and they confirmed that they had not seen the face cleanser bottle and do not discard guests' belongings. I stayed 8 nights for a work trip and whilst I loved the small kitchenette and living area, I found the bed and pillows uncomfortable, the temperature hard to control properly (woke up cold repeatedly), and the street noise from the light rail, sirens, and general street noise (roadworks, people socialising) woke me often.
