"The room was very nice but not quite like the pictures. The area was phenomenal and the staff were great too!! The train is extremely close like less than 5 minutes walking distance, which is super convenient!! "

"Nice staff, nice big room with mini-bar, coffee machine etc, iron and ironing board. Well equipped bathroom. Only thing I'd say is about the lighting in the rooms -- bathroom only has very dim downlights and also one downlight above the mirror...couldn't see myself very well when getting ready! Nice staff, and there is a food court downstairs, a pool and gym! Excellent aircon!!!"

"Great location, super easy access with the 100 bus into CBD. Kitchen well equipped with basic utensils. The room was nice and clean with good AC. "

"Accommodations were top-notch. Beautiful and spacious rooms. There were koalas eating right outside our window. The lobby was relaxing and inviting. We had a great visit."

"Great location right in the heart of Chatswood with shopping and dining right on the doorstep. Bit tricky to find the car park entry - no directions in online booking info, other than street address. I had to call reception to ask. And no parking spaces marked "Quest", so unsure where to park; again had to check with Reception. Room was clean and quiet. Bed was a little hard for my liking, but other than that was OK. Only issue I had was a male housekeeping staff member tapping lightly on the door while I was dressing in the bathroom and then barging into the room while my husband was sleeping and I was standing there half dressed. Rather than immediately realising his error and exiting the room, he stood there with the door open asking me if I wanted towels or any room items when I he could clearly see someone was asleep and I was only dressed from the waist down. That wasn't a great experience and would put me off staying again, particularly if alone."
