"Spotless room. Friendly and helpful staff"

"The room was renovated and clean. Appreciated the complimentary water bottles, milk and drink vouchers. Daily cleaning. Aircon works great. All the amenities we needed (minus a microwave) were provided in the room. Ample parking. 5min walk to the train station. At night, you can hear some road noise and music from downstairs, but it's not that loud. Ear plugs are provided. However, the beds were so comfortable that we had a good night's sleep. The beds had wheels and tended to move too much....

"The room and whole complex was beautiful and clean. Check in was easy. Only 1km to Royal North Shore hospital which was Brillant. $15 for a buffet breakfast with lots to chose from. Parking was 1st in best dressed but never had a problem getting a parking spot. Oh did i mention FREE parking. That is just unheard of. Couldn't fault a thing. We will return on my next hospital visit for sure!"

"Great location & relatively good room, but really poor check-in experience & despite AC being turned off kept cutting in & out every 2-3mins which was noisy & annoying. Overall was just an ok experience & would look to stay elsewhere in North Sydney next time."
