"Was hoping to get the harbour view like my previous stays "

"This was my second stay at Citadines. I arrived at 12pm and was able to check in to my room which was fantastic. I made use of the hotel gym each day as it is well equipped and one of the reasons I choose this hotel. The restaurant is adequate and the breakfast staff were very helpful meeting my specific requests. The beds are very comfortable and rooms quiet. The location is great only a short walk away to the metro and train station. Also well located for the iconic bridge walk. Will definitely be back."

"The electricity to the in room kitchen wasn’t working. I couldn’t use any appliance in the room. The things I put in the fridge had to be thrown out. The manager and night duty manager didn’t return my call and the emergency number wasn’t monitored. Now they aren’t talking to me about a refund. I won't be staying at Quest Chatswood again "

"Great sized room. The staff are always warm and willing to help. My one issue is the access to the property if you're arriving on foot. It's not the most obvious entry and it is hard to get to with a suitcase."

"Breaakfast was fine; great having a koala eating outside our room! Quite convenient to the city by ferry or bus. some good zoo adventures too."

"Great location across the road from the Metro. Very clean, staff very helpful. We stayed 4 nights, and had a room which overlooked rooftop garden internally - only complaint was the room was a little dark and with the limited outlook. Next time would request a street facing room. Very good value for money though. Would stay again."
