"We stayed here to attend the tulip festival in Holland, which was an easy 30 minute drive. While Holland was crazy, South Haven was just starting to open for the summer, it was quite and friendly. We found easy free parking across the street. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They informed us about the sunset which we hadn't thought about, and it was an amazing end to a long day of driving. The rooms are very clean and charming. We had thought this would be a one time trip, but we are already thinking about coming back just to explore South Haven. And when we do we'll stay at the Old Harbor Inn."

"My wife and I arrived an hour early & asked the housekeeper if we could check in. She said yes & to go to office and someone would help us. I believe it was the owner and he scolded & humiliated us for being there early. It was stunning how rude and degrading he was. If we hadn’t paid in advance we would have left."

"Overall this was a great stay! The room was clean and the location was perfect! We stayed from a Friday to Monday during the Tulip Festival that was in Holland! The location was perfect to Downtown South Haven! Everything that we needed was close by making the trip smooth! The breakfast was good but small (eggs, waffles, cereal, muffins & bagels) was perfect for us though! Would definitely stay again"

We mostly were there just for a place to sleep but ended up finding a place we plan to come back to in the future for a prolonged stay as it was very comfortable and we were treated with amazing hospitality. The room we had made us feel like we were at home, the staff took care of our needs very quickly and kept in touch with us, and the breakfast was amazing! "
