This time there was an automatic check in which although it was fairly easy to use, I do like checking in to a hotel with a real person who can answer questions. There were a couple of staff at the counter which every person checking in needed their help."

"Spectacular views, clean, excellent communication by the staff online and in reception. Lovely reception staff. Parking is available for a fee which is well worth it. We got a little lost each time trying to find the car with all the different lifts which isn’t a big deal. The lifts are fast which is good for most people, but sadly wasn’t ideal for the adults like us who experience vertigo, as with the movement of the building. Kids had a ball."

"It was located in a good spot with a quick walk to the bus station. They didn't change the towels or bedding with the room service. The service from the front desk staff was very professional and kind, the restaurant though had staff playing loud music while guests were eating and were on their phones quite a bit."
