"The property offers stunning sunrise and beach views and is conveniently located. It was well equipped with everything needed for a luxurious stay.
Unfortunately, the housekeeping was extremely disappointing. The cleaning appeared to be very superficial, and the bathroom was filthy, with visible dirt and mould. One of the housekeeping staff was also very rude and unprofessional. This housekeeper entered the room while I was getting dressed for lunch and insisted I leave immediately, otherwise the room would not be serviced until the following day. This was despite me politely asking for just 10 minutes to finish getting ready. They then left the room door wide open and waited in the corridor while looking in, which forced me to sit on the balcony half dressed for privacy. She removed some wet towels while others were left on the floor, and the bathtub was not cleaned.
Another downside was that the TVs are outdated and it was unnecessarily difficult to cast Netflix. Thankfully, the staff assisted with the settings the following day. Had the cleaning and housekeeping service been up to standard, our stay would have been perfect.
The front desk staff were lovely and very professional. They stored our bags for us pre checkin and after check out.
Unfortunately, these issues made the overall experience feel below average."
