"There were still room service plates outside our room from when we arrived till late that night. The ice machine barely worked to produce ice. The food in Terraces restaurant is supurb, but the poor staff performance lets it down. Apart from that, had a good stay"

"Our unit we stayed in was on the 40th floor it was an amazing view and position. Close to shops and restaurants. But Safe was broken and main bed was very saggy on the right had side. Bed needs replacing but all else was very good "

"The Hotel cleaners were very pathetic. The rooms were not cleaned properly and even Toilet papers and coffee and sugar were not supplied. Very poor management. Would never recommend anyone to consider this hotel in the near future. "
