"From the beginning Upton checking in around 4:30pm 28th Aug. The two male staff members on arrival were great! They were lovely and made me feel comfortable being there. I didn’t get their names but they are the perfect people who make checking in less stressful. Everything else was a bonus. I paid for my stay through Expedia and thought that was it fully paid. But paid an extra $100 at the hotel upon checking In. I wasn’t expecting that. I’m not sure if that was the bond and I’m getting it back? But I was hoping the lady the next morning would mention that I’m getting it back? But didn’t say anything. So I just returned my card keys spoke with her for a little, said thank you then left."
