"If you're going to an event at Portland's Moda Center or the Convention Center, this is the place to stay. It is walkable, clean, safe and there's both an onsite coffee shop and restaurant. The lightrail is close by, which is both cionvenient and NOISY (all night long). The hotel does provide ear plugs. Would the noise keep me from staying here again? No. But just be aware."

"First glance and it looked fine but the closer you got to looking at the room it was very apparent that this hotel needs some upkeep done on it. An electrical outlet that the air conditioner was plugged into was broken half so it had wires exposed. I thought it was over priced. However all the staff members I interacted with were super nice, so at least they have that going for them."

"Great location for a one night theatre get away and book shopping at Powell's. Staff were very helpful and check in was a breeze (and we were early!!). My reservation indicated free valet parking and when I was accidentally charged, they refunded me right away. Room was clean and quiet and very comfortable.
My only quibble was with the plumbing. The shower diverter suddenly reversed itself during my shower and the sink tap suddenly shut off on its own.
I would highly recommend this hotel."
