This has to best hotel in Chiang Mai - great location, amazing facilities and wonderful staff.

A wonderful couple of days in this beautifully designed hotel. Great location. Friendly staff. Fantastic refreshing pool after sightseeing. Close to everything but so peaceful. If you stay must have dinner at the stunning Faces restaurant. Have a few drinks at the chilled out, cool Chai bar beforehand , both a 2 minute walk from the hotel . We'll be back!

Not too many five star ratings with a miserable stay. But it was two days of 7°C and our room was on the end 3408 I think it was it was so cold in there we could see our breath. But I still give the hotel a five stars they try their best.

Lovely pretty hotel in the centre of the old town. Easy to get anywhere and lovely staff. Would highly recommend it.

We stayed here for five nights as part of our honeymoon and just loved it. The East Borneo room was so luxurious and comfortable we were sad it wasn't our room at home! The whole feel of the place was just so tranquil and relaxing. On the subject of mosquitos, the staff do try to keep them at bay. I am bitten a lot everywhere I go but applied repellent each morning and early evening and didn't get one bite. Our butler Pui was absolutely fantastic, she was so friendly and helpful that it added...

Our stay here was outstanding, the staff were super friendly, Jake on reception helped us book a private taxi on the afternoon we arrived, he was knowledgeable about where we wanted to go & arranged everything for is very promptly. The rooms and just the hotel in general are gorgeous. As we visited in November & it was rainy most of our days we had the infinity pool to ourselves which was amazing. We had breakfast included in our stay and it was the best breakfast out of our entire stay as we...

Great, quiet location in the old city, loads of options for places to eat, including very cheap, local dishes. A couple of tea bags in the room would have been nice but were available in the communal area. The bed was huge.

Good room with great balcony. Nice hotel staff. Good location.

A great hotel find. Room was very well appointed and large. Breakfast was one of the best so far, lots of choice and good coffee. Staff were all very helpful and welcoming. Just next to the clock tower, it is in a perfect location for walking to restaurants and bars. Would definitely recommend.
