Older property but very clean! We were there in early May so we didn’t get to enjoy beach! It was nice having a small kitchen! Great location! Never used tennis courts or swimming pool! I would come back!

The property was very clean and i loved the beachy feel inside the room. Everyone was very kind and helpful. I would definately recommend this location to others.

Very clean and tastefully decorated. All appliances and plumbing fixtures worked well. Good Cafe on premises. Good room size and comfortable beds and pillows.

It was great. But I probably would have preferred roe us to be able to walk to Provincetown. But that was only due to weather. The only cafe/restaurant was not so good.

Hi Amanda,Thanks for the great review. There is a shuttle that runs into P-Town every 30 minutes during the summer, and less frequently in the offseason in case this might help with your future plans if staying in the area. Hope to see you again at the Top Mast!

The bed was terrible. Needs new mattress and bed springs. The couch/sofa was very soft and hard to get out off.

Pleasant room across the street from the waterside main hotel was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Seating area with fridge and microwave allows simple meals. Staff very professional and kind. Excellent location.

Wonderful
Amazing view, wonderful location, the resort has everything you would want. The restaurant was fab. It is an older property but it is well maintained. My only complaint would be the condition of the slider on the balcony, the slider was stiff to move and the screen was binding and would fall off. I loved that we had a full-size fridge, and although we didn't make use of the cooktop, the kitchen was well-supplied and the beds were comfy. We'll want to stay here again.

Thank you for the great review! Due to our close proximity to the beach, mechanical items tend to become a bit stiff. However, we are always ready to apply a little WD- 40, which never fails to do the trick. We look forward to your next stay with us.

You're paying for the views...the hotel is dated and needs a serious renovation...but again...the views alone is worth the stay...yes...you're literally on the water...staff was amazing...very courteous and efficient...

If you are looking for simple, clean, friendly staff and lots of amenities for the area, this is it! Don’t expect a 5-star resort, but this is a bit of a throw back in time. We visited with our 2 young children. They loved the indoor pool!! My husband and I loved being right on the beach, having a small kitchen, the cleanliness of the entire resort and the friendliness of the staff. It was our first time visiting, but we’ll definitely be back!

Although we typically receive high scores for cleanliness and upkeep of our accommodations, there are those rare occasions where a cleanliness issues will occur. The Topmast was a great last minute choice while I worked on the Cape. The pool, tennis court, and proximity to the beach are all preferred amenities in like properties. The garden view room was quaint, but functional with 2 queen beds. The refrigerator and microwave in the room were handy when we were hungry for the leftovers from the the café next door.

I would stay here again! The property is a beautifully maintained beachside complex, close to P-Town and Wellfleet. I felt very safe and had a quiet night’s sleep. The staff is super nice and friendly. Top Mast is Top Notch!
