"Excellent neighborhood and staff"

"Hotel was nice, great location. Staff were ok. Room was super clean, and packages got brought to the room. Breakfast was average and so was the pool bar area. Food could be better. I given 20 little packets of creamer for 1 coffee, seemed a little odd. Views are great for people watching. I’d stay again as the price was reasonable for the area."

"Everything was great, just disappointed that the restaurant was closed for renovations. Looking forward to seeing it next time! Anyway, lots of others places to go nearby."

"Great hotel but in order to get a bed at the pool you need to go through a separate process and pay."

"We had to move rooms three times. First because the HVAC unit was making so much noise that we couldn't hear ourselves think. Second, we found bugs, yes bugs, in our room. The third move was to a larger suite and we were comfortable until we used the shower. The drains were clogged and had to call service. The worst part of it all was the cleaning lady decided to help herself to all the change I had on the coffee table. Won't go there again."
