"Lovely hotel with friendly helpful staff. The accommodation is good, clean and spacious. We used the leisure facilities with large pool, a good clean sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. The food in the restaurant was excellent and good value. 10 minute walk into the centre of Betws-Y-Coed."

"Room was ok. Small double bed. No headboard, just the wall behind the bed. No hot water in peak times. No black out curtains at all. Lighting very dim in the room so impossible to put make up on anywhere other than the bathroom. "

"Booking in was very easy you book in yourself it very easy to do also could have gone to reception if needed. Approached by a very friendly member of staff if we needed help, informed of breakfast times and when the bar was open till. Rooms were lovely and clean. Special touch of a bag of 2p’s to go and spend at the arcades to relive our child hood memories very lovely touch. Definitely recommend this hotel and will return. "

"The hotel is in a perfect position on the promenade, free evening street parking was available and I think there is a payable car park too. Rooms were spacious, warm, clean, the tea and coffee tray was well stocked and soap and shower gel was available in the bathroom. Towels were large and soft, I felt that my duvet was too light but that’s just my personal preference. Breakfast was beautiful, everything you could want, fresh, well cooked and continuously replenished. The restaurant was huge so no problem getting a table for breakfast either. Pool was on the small size with only 10 bathers allowed at once but the water was warm and the facilities were clean. "

"Beautiful hotel situated in a perfect location. Room was clean and facilites were good. Only issue was that we could not park and needed to charge to travel the next day and that was disappointing. "
