We had a great stay!

Very clean and good hotel. Staff are very helpful. Hotel is very modern and close to all the attractions. Good shuttle service to the MRT station.

The hotel is modern and clean. High floor gives me a good view enjoying the rising sun. The breakfast is full of choice and is generous. Also the staff are very helpful during breakfast time. The hotel situates in the district that have shopping mall and many decent restaurants and cafes. Local food is around. Also it is next to the MRT station offering convenient transportation and connecting to other popular places.

I had a lovely stay here and would stay again. My room was very comfortable and spacious with excellent housekeeping. The staff were warm and welcoming. The location is a little out of the way but a bus stop is within 10 minutes walk and the island bus service is excellent and cheap and easy to use with a credit card tap in/out system.

We had a short but excellent stay at the Standard. It is a very modern and well designed hotel with some great amenities including an outdoor pool. Our room was spacious and very comfortable and the hotel offers a free shuttle to the shopping area on Orchard Road which is a nice touch. However it is conveniently situated and only a short walk to the shopping. The staff were all excellent and we can't wait to return.

Friendly helpful staff. Clean, comfy beds, good shower. Breakfast can get busy but plenty of choice. Only bad thing is no skimmed or semivskimmed milk. Enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic pool, yummy breakfast and nice rooms

The hotel was amazing. We were on the 11th floor. The buffet breakfast was varied and delicious. The room was large and the bathroom clean and spacious. Complementary tea and coffee in the room as well as a tap with filtered water. The service always exceptional. As Expedia customers, we got access to the Executive Club with free drinks, afternoon tea and evening snacks.

Wonderful, helpful, friendly, efficient staff. Nice touches in hotel too: free laundry (2 items per day), good WiFi, complimentary cold drinks in room and if you run out, always supplied on request. Really liked the free ice cream too! 😊 Highly recommended

A really lovely place to stay. Excellently located just out of the city centre and close to public transport links, it was very convenient for access to all of Singapore's 'must see' attractions. The hotel itself is lovely, clean and well-appointed, although the rooms are somewhat small, so you will need to be a little creative with storage, especially if you are staying for more than a few days! Place was neat and sparkling clean. Customer service was friendly. One cons is that WiFi was bit slower.

Booked this hotel mainly due to the late flight departure time. Great location and the best airport hotel we stayed in.

Very comfortable, compact but well appointed room. Concierge and reception staff exceedingly helpful. Shuttle service to nearest underground train network and to the Botanical gardens. Marvellous breakfast. Great swimming pools. Faultless.

We had a lovely room and the staff were really helpful and friendly. It was my daughter’s birthday and we had not said anything but had given all our passports at check in. On our arrival back after a day out there was a lovely cake and a happy birthday note in the room! The food was lovely with the best breakfast! We would recommend this hotel
