"Loved how big the room was. Front desk staff was the same guy for day and night but was a super sweetheart! Loved the full fridge was able to store things in there. Overall would def come back. Breakfast was also delicious!"

"Rooms were in separate cottages which we did not know before we got here. From pics on internet, it looked and sounded like a mountain LODGE resort. We thought rooms were in a single bldg.. it was a long walk from parking lot to our rm esp carrying luggage. Lots of steps. Staff did offer to help us w luggage. We declined bc we didn't realize how far the walk was. It was a very pretty area and rooms were adequate."

"Very quiet, rooms spacious, beds comfortable, location makes it very easy to get to shopping, dining, attractions ( Longwood Gardens). Breakfast is exceptionally good with omelets made to order, ceramic plates, real utensils, cloth napkins."

"We did not receive the room we reserved. Because we booked through Expedia and not directly with the property, they offered no resolution to the issue. It was extremely frustrating. Additionally, our room phone rang at 4:30 am and then the room alarm went off at 6:00. We had 4 people crammed into a room that was not sufficient with interrupted sleep and a staff that did not care to help us find a more suitable room, like the one we booked. would not recommend."
