"The Glen Club is always my go to hotel when staying near Chicago. I love its more private location because it feels like a quiet retreat away from the city. Every time we have stayed there it has been peaceful, cozy, and incredibly comfortable. With only 21 rooms, the boutique atmosphere makes it feel even more exclusive and relaxing. "I was put into 103 was attacked by bedbugs. It took them a day and a half to move me to another room. It was a hard time to get reimbursed for the first two nights then they put me into another room that had bedbugs again I was attacked and bitten up all over. I have videos for proof and they refused to give me my refund, on top of that they were very rude. They lied about who the manager was and I never once had my sheets changed or fresh towels, and soap delivered and I stayed there for seven...

"Nice 24h gym, heated indoor pool, plenty of parking. I was there for a wedding nearby but there were 2 weddings happening at the hotel, and during that time it was a little loud and elevators were chaotic. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff is nice and helpful. Very decent for the price, good option close to O'Hare."
