"Let’s start with the 1 hour check in line. There were 2 front desk employees working, with guests lined to exit doors. The staff were very friendly so can’t blame them for being understaffed. That is on management, especially during spring break! Stayed multiple times at Kalahari and they have full staffing front desk plus Kiosks to self check in! Room was not clean. Found hair in bathroom and food on carpet. Stains on wall. When you check in, there is a number to text for any questions or concerns. I texted multiple times during our 4 night stay and nobody responded. Tried calling front desk and nobody answered. They charge you $25 a night to park your own vehicle? I asked before we went if there was enough parking and was reassured they counted how many overnight guests to parking spots reserved for them. You had to drive around every time you went out, for 30 mins to an hour, to get a parking spot. That’s because they admitted nobody was enforcing the day guests were parking in the reserved parking area for overnight guests. And again, they bill $25 per night for self parking?? There were also some very aggressive drivers cutting off people waiting for a spot. The indoor water park is much smaller and outdated, compared to the newer Kalahari. The snow tubing was fun and the pricing was good! No long wait during the weekday and very nice setup. I called multiple times during our stay and after, to speak with a manager and they never returned my calls. "

"The walls are so thin that the room next to mine the person in there was banging around so much that the headboard in my room was shaking!!!"

"I stayed with my nephew for two nights as we were visiting the Crayola Experience. I really enjoyed this hotel for a number of reasons, but the main one was accessibility. We were able to walk to a number of restaurants, including Antonio's Pizzeria, Billy's of Easton, Bun Busterz and Glazed. Crayola Factory was also within walking distance. The room itself was lovely and exceeded my expectations in terms of space. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I return to Easton. "

"They maintain the outside of the hotel very clean. They have plenty of parking. They provide coffee 24/7 and refreshments when you arrived. The rooms are not 100% clean. The kitchen appliances are no clean properly. Some of kitchen supplies has been used a lot, pots and dinnerware are no able to use due to not being clean 100%. we had an inconvenience when we checked in but the management and staff was very helpful and fix the situation immediately. we have been coming to this hotel for the past couple of years, but We won’t be staying there again due to the fact that they’re not taking care of the property. "
